She endured trauma as a teenager and domestic violence as an adult. One of the challenges that she over comes is anxiety. She discovered a passion for poetry, reading it and writing it and went on to publish a book of poetry ( Bio of Emotions ). Why poetry? It help her heal during some really dark times. It allowed expression through an artistic gift of using rhythm and words to paint magical story’s with the flow of words as they come. It is this breakthrough that propelled her into a life changing journey of fulfillment. So she is here to help empower artists and creatives work through challenges to meet career and personal life goals.
